COMMENTARY

Wins for Oxenhope against Silsden Hawks and Wharfedale Stags took them to 33 points. Silsden Eagles defeated the Rams and then were conceded the 3 points by Bradley and they too reached 33. The superior run-rate for the Worth Valley side gave them the narrowest Championship title. Whilst it was hard on Silsden it was a historic three-in-a-row CartaSport title for a club well known for its coaching expertise. Barritt-Stephenson Cup winners Cullingworth Cobras also took two wins over Wilsden and Steeton to keep themselves in with a chance of third place. The Stags had a narrow 3-run win over Skipton whilst the Rams overcame the Sharks by 33 runs
